mood: calm
music: 'fade into you' by mazzy star
the first song i've ever been paid for, since i started and finished it during work today:
Andres Palos Valiente
Us kids are out on the playground today
Deciding what we are going to play
And we’re launching ourselves into space
Fresh from our mother and father’s embrace
Who really cares if our friends are pretend?
We’re got each other to hold to the end
He’s swinging in and out of my sight
On plastic strips of joy and delight
And he and I have been friends for life
But 4 years hasn’t brought us much strife
And we can see the blue turn black
As we just wait for the next attack
Into my dull eyes he gazes with ease
And I let go of the tallest trapeze
We sit there laughing and singing our tune
As we continue our trip to the moon.

Hey! How are you? I have not been able to post or comment in a long time. China bans access to blogs. But I had a very marvellous time there with great people. Now I am in Danang, Vietnam, having just come from Hanoi. I love Vietnam. I am visiting a fellow traveler who is Vietnamese-German. I like your campfire story a lot. Okay, I shall now scooterbike to Hoi An. I get to drive, yaay!
hel-lo! my comments section has been bone dry as of late, so i figured you were out saving the world or something. i have never been to vietnam, but i have been in the area surrounding it quite a bit. vietnamese-german is an awesome mix. have fun on your scooterbike voyage!
