tonight is just like every other night.
here i sit and spend paragraph after paragraph, line after line, letter after letter, trying to convey how i feel to a handful of people. here at blogger (not as angsty as livejournal, not as professional as movabletype, not as 'teenybopper' as myspace), i am free to say what i want to say. aside from the occasional comment, i am released from whatever anxiousness is hovering in the air because of immediate reply. and even with comments, reading a sentence is usually not as powerful as hearing it being said and seeing it leave a person's mouth and wander in my direction. is this a good thing? life for beginners?
oh, stoic gigantor that is the internet! sometimes your silence and serenity are comforting but other times i want to rip your metaphorical limbs off and beat you senseless with them. just for a word of feedback. an incoherent syllable to remember you by.

hello, hello.
lately humans have seemed even wierder than usual. that we do things like talk, eat, put on and take off clothing. all this fervor and ennui.
the ever-question, what's the point? if there isn't one--what's the point? this is no deterrent, just not satisfactorily answerable, as of yet...
I know exactly how you feel.
Given that, you'd think I'd comment more.
I do want to say that I enjoy each and every one of your posts.
lux, you make a very good point. i never thought of that ever-question that way before. give it a few hours to drive me crazy. we'll see where it heads. i just switched majors to philosophy, so maybe i'll use that someday.
heather, now that i think of it, did i subconsciously plagiarize an old post of yours in this post? if i did i'd be pretty creeped out. other than that, your flattery always brightens my day. thank you.
If there was any plagiarizing done here, I didn't spot it. I have rambled about wanting people to comment before, but really, what blogger hasn't done that? ;> (People who somehow have no need whatsoever for feedback are, like, unnatural, man!)
