sometimes, when my friends leave and are out of touch, i get this curious feeling. it's a feeling of 'aloneness', which is different from 'loneliness', i think.
loneliness is akin to desperation and an insurmountable desire for companionship. but my aloneness is just a feeling of being aloof. i don't know what to think about it. i just know that it makes me feel like a robot sometimes, and other times i'm more like a 3rd person narrative.
