mood: overwhelmed
music: 'pablo and andrea' by yo la tengo
the whole college rush is really starting to hit me now. i just had an hour-long discussion with my dad over everything college related, and although i'm glad a lot of things were cleared up, i am freakin exhausted.
anyway, after work today, i walked to my car, and found the door of the car next to mine completely open. upon closer inspection i saw that a man was seemingly passed out in the seat with the door blatantly open. next to him was a woman. now, i work in inglewood, which is not the best of neighborhoods, so i approached him cautiously and said, 'hey, are you ok?' at first, nothing. it took a couple more tries before he woke up, said, 'yeah,' and closed the door, only to pass out again. those crazy crackheads.
as you can see here, i've been taking new artistic endeavors in my notebook. actually, i doubt that they're actually that groundbreaking. i just felt like colors, so i used colors.
i was thinking about doing something like this for a few days. i guess in my mind it was a bit more extravagant than it is in real life, but still, i think it looks awesome.
more impressive was the bleed thru i got from using only sharpies the whole time. honestly, this scan doesn't hold a candle to the real thing. serendipitous stationery.
and while i was at it, i decided to do the cliche thing and scan my face in. i think this picture rocks. hard. it makes me feel like picasso.
so that's all for tonight. i'm really looking forward to the weekend. is this week taking forever, or is it just me? tomorrow i'm changing banks and eating polish food apparently. goodnite kiddos.

That scan of your face is so cool!
thanks! you know it's sadly ironic. the only way i can get a direct complement on my face is if i distort it. hehe.
